This Cookie Policy explains how Adronomik Marketing Ltd,
VAT ID: BG205796279,
registered at Hristyan Voivoda 9, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria,
uses cookies and similar technologies on its website.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember your preferences or actions.
2. What types of cookies do we use?
Essential cookies: These are necessary for the proper functioning of the website and cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional cookies: These allow the website to remember your preferences (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.
Analytics cookies: We use tools like Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site. This helps us improve the user experience.
Marketing cookies: These cookies may be used to deliver personalized ads through platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
OpenAI advertising measurement: We use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to measure actions taken on our website, such as confirmed appointment bookings, after interactions with advertisements on OpenAI services. When measurement consent is granted (by selecting "Accept all"), the Pixel may use the following first-party cookies:
- __oppref – stores an OpenAI advertising attribution identifier, where available. Typical maximum lifetime requested by the Pixel: 30 days.
- __obref – stores an opaque browser reference used to support conversion measurement. Typical maximum lifetime requested by the Pixel: 365 days.
Browser restrictions or clearing your cookies may shorten these periods. When OpenAI measurement consent is withdrawn, the OpenAI Pixel removes these cookies.
Server-side measurement (OpenAI Conversions API): Where you have selected "Accept all", confirmed appointment bookings may also be sent to OpenAI through the OpenAI Conversions API. The Conversions API is a server-to-server connection and is not a browser cookie, but it forms part of our advertising measurement setup. Our website does not send these booking conversions to our Conversions API connection unless you have selected "Accept all".
Calendly: We use Calendly for appointment scheduling. Calendly may use its own cookies and similar technologies within the embedded booking interface. These are managed by Calendly and are not controlled by our website’s cookie settings.
3. How do we use cookies?
We use cookies to:
- enhance the functionality and security of the website;
- analyze traffic and user behavior;
- provide personalized content and ads;
- collect anonymous marketing performance statistics.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, where you can switch between "Accept essential" and "Accept all". You can also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the website’s functionality.
5. Consent for cookie use
Upon your first visit to our website, you will be informed about our use of cookies and asked to choose one of the following options:
- Accept essential – only essential functionality is permitted, and OpenAI advertising measurement remains disabled.
- Accept all – you permit non-essential measurement technologies, including OpenAI advertising measurement.
We do not currently offer separate choices for individual cookie categories.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
Adronomik Marketing Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
